A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This allows us to cover our time in the event you cancel your appointment; however we can reschedule your appointment. We cannot guarantee your booking without this deposit. You will have to pay another deposit to reschedule an appointment.
We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no show.
Please be courteous and cancel if you change your mind. DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT. You can reschedule again with another deposit, after 2 no shows, you will have to pay the full amount to schedule again.

Braiding hair preferred: Queen B or Expressions (PRESTRETCHED ONLY!) PLEASE DO NOT GET SPECTRA BRAND! Bundle packs are allowed. If you have any questions about the type of hair and lengths, just send a picture and I will confirm if it is okay. ONLY BRING HAIR IF IT NOT INCLUDED IN STYLE.
For the longevity of your style, please tie your hair up with scarf and/or bonnet while laying down. Use a light oil spray to keep scalp moisturize.
Please adhere to the age requirement of each style and price. Without doing so, appointment can be changed or denied.
